Best deli ever!!! Guys behind the counter are the greatest!!! I would recommend this place to every one!

I actually live close by. I yelped this spot few days ago. On my way home if I stop by its mayb xtra 5-10 mins commute. But let me tell you guys. Its well worth it. The reviews was what got me to try this place. but when I went in. the service. top notch. everyone was so nice. even the customers lol. I own a business myself. so I know customer service is very important if not the most important. First time my life I been to a deli or even a restaurant and felt so welcomed. appreciated. that alone, i will be coming back at least 2 times weekly. now to the food. I think i got the tonys special. it was banging. all types of flavors. but Its more a lunch sandwich. i got it for breakfast. but its very good. and than their iced cappuccino. very good too. Tommy took care of me when i was there. I could tell all of them was nice and friendly. even the customers too as i mentioned before. but Tommy gave me a great feeling. juat because of him I will be making this spot my longterm breakfast spot after long day of work. whoever havent tried this spot yet. trust me. go. you wont b disappointed p.s. Im actually going to go soon and try their breakfast sandwiches. im sure its gonna b mad good too lol

Food: Got the chicken parm on a hero and Penne a la Vodka. The Penne here is to die for! The best taste and texture I have ever had even compared to very high end Italian restaurants. So fresh so delicious. I don't think I'll ever leave here without at least a small to go haha. The chicken parm was okay. This didn't have any wow factor. It's not bad but not spectacular either. The sauce could have been a little more rich. The bread was a little too moist from the sauce. Maybe because I asked for the sesame bread. While waiting for the food preparation I also got a sample of their iced cappuccino. For this also Wow. 100 times better than your typical Starbucks/Dunkin (mean no offense comparing franchises to this but I just don't have as much experience with cappuccino elsewhere). It was a perfect balance between coffee and milk/sweet. Neither overpowered the other while you can still enjoy both. I normally don't drink coffee but if I did then their Iced Cappucino would definitely be another staple when coming here. Service: The workers here are Amazing. They are super friendly with every single customer in the deli. It feels so nice seeing them chatting with everyone and knowing them by name. I told one that this is my first time here and asked for recommendations. He was so patient with me giving me recommendations with that beautiful smile. The best part is this is not just him. I see all their workers happily chatting like this is the perfect family restaurant where everyone including the customers are family. They also offer samples of their iced cappuccino (again delicious).

A neighborhood gem I've grown up on that has been consistent since the beginning of time. With delis all over, I find myself always coming back and going out of my way just to come here. With their family like atmosphere that makes you feel like you're one of them, it's the vibes that make you want to stop in just to say hi if you're in the area. Quality and delicious hot/cold foods that will hit the spot every time, it's easy to understand why they're one of the favorites out of all the other delis in the area. Service is usually quick and efficient even when busy that it makes for a easy decision to stop in for a quick bite with it's old school deli ambiance that reminds you of simpler times. Stay fat mother suckers

My best friend lives down the street and we were about to leave for a month long work trip. I decided I wanted some fatty daddy sandwiches before I left. When you walk into Tony's, you are instantly greeted and you feel like you're a regular. "Hey love, what can a getchu." The hardest part of your day will be narrowing down what to order. I couldn't make up my mind so I got the Tony's Special and The Classic Italian. This isn't a place where you'll be in and out within a couple minutes, so pack your patience . Making art takes time. Everything is delicious and fresh, everyone is beyond nice ( all 5 guys behind the counter asked if I had ordered and asked how I was during my visit), when I was paying I was given a sample of the iced cappuccino. If I wasn't already mega caffeinated at that point I would have 1000% took one of those with me. Tony's sets the standard for customer service, I will happily give them money.

Iced cappuccino & house American with sun dried tomatoes! Eggplant panini Delicious sandwich lots of ingredients. The eggplant panini was very cheesy, nice and warm too. Enjoyed both sandwiches. Friendly staff for my entire visit. Cute deli. Iced cappuccino was super refreshing especially on a hot summer day 10/10 recommend this deli

This chicken cutlet sandwich staple recommended to me was fantastic! So New York old school big and filling too. Love the sour dough and you will as well. When I go back to visit my friend I will be here having another filling chicken . Service is good New Yorkers friendly to me!

It's always so wonderful to "yelp" a food place nearby when you're hangry and are pleasantly surprised by the gem that you just uncovered. This local deli shop is not just any deli shop over saturating New York City. We stepped in huuuungry and they provided their suggestions. "Try anything pressed". So we got pressed caprise sandwich and a suggested sandwich special by the server on the counter. Extremely friendly and took his time with us. The sandwiches were spectacular, please add vinaigrette as they advise. While we waited we had samples of their frozen cappuccino. Overall such a great lunch for us. Even though they were busy, the customer service exceeded us and we were treated as if we were their very first customers.

Tried their chicken Caesar wrap thinking it'd probably be similar to everywhere else. Soggy and a little too much but no no. Wow the grilled chicken had so much flavor and the wrap was packed so nice and tight bro, perfect lunch.

CHECK THIS PLACE OUT Really fresh ingredients along with really friendly service. Each person there seem to enjoy being there and are really friendly. When you enter, you may see a bunch of people, but don't worry, the line moves really quickly. Even with the slight wait, time to make 2 hero sandwiches, we were in and out of there in under 10 mins. They even gave us a sample of their iced cappuccino. This time, got the Tony's Special with hot peppers and the Classic Ham and Cheese with American (I know...a pretty dull/uninteresting choice, but nostalgic for my wife). The Tony's Special - all the Italian deli meats in one place and a nice kick with the hot peppers - really good. Ham and Cheese - just classic. I plan on coming back and trying to out some of their other items. The penne alla vodka looked really good so definitely want to try along with the Tiramisu and rice pudding.
